I know that the vast majority of people just want to hear the music on Youtube, don't care if it's official or unofficial account. Very few of them knows that it can be monetization (ads/sponsor), illegal, strike and those things on Youtube. Example, the official band has released studio/live/demo/rehersal song on Youtube/CD/DVD/Bandcamp/Spotify/etc. And soon after, several unofficial people have uploaded the exact song on their Youtube account. First, I thought that unofficial have 1) play the song (ex. Iron Maiden - Two Minutes to Midnight) on his own unofficial and illegal account, and 2) also monetization on 1000 subscribers so would earn money from it. So that means:

unofficial Youtube account is happy for he was earning money
random user who playing the music is happy, because they don't care whether if it's the unofficial has earnt, or official has earnt money
band and label was annoying, for the unofficial was stealing and rip them off for the bands songs. Very few band or labels has to report it and strike them, in some cases, the band/label is sent copyright strike for unofficial. Three copyright strikes, the band/label has taken down from the unofficial account.
Maybe I have I misunderstood it:

unofficial account is irritating for band/label was earning money, he earnt no money.
random user who playing the music is happy, because they don't care whether if it's the unofficial has earnt, or official has earnt money
band and label was happy for earning money, no matter if it was the official or unofficial
Official with the studio version: copy of the official: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfeZVlp8slc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NRbycO0O_k https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMLbokrWNSI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7k2AvVtVNI 1) How can he have legal on his Youtube on example Two Minutes to Midnight? studio.youtube.com -> Settings -> Upload defaults -> Advanced settings -> License a) Standard YouTube License?, or b) Creative Commons - Attribution?, or c) none of these, somewhere else? 2) What is the point of adding yet another unofficial Two Minutes to Midnight? 3) Unoffical had filmed the concert and posted it on Youtube. How can he still have legal account? 4) Unoffical account has no monetization on official band, and it doesn't matter if it has less than 1000 subscribers or more than 1000 subscribers. But he can still have a strike, correct? How can he still have legal account? 5) Unoffical account has only 00:30 seconds preview from official band (ex. Two Minutes is 06:09). How can he still have legal account, not strike?
