Anyone know what song this is

starts off with a little intro with no beat, like a little singing into. but when the music starts the beat sounds more like Ratts "Youre in Trouble" song. its most likely an 80s rock song that might be soft rock. or it could be hard rock but cant remember much about it. any help would be good, thanks
