Queens of the Stone Age (QOTSA) is an American rock band formed in 1996 by singer and guitarist Josh Homme. The band is known for its hard-hitting, riff-driven sound and has been a leading force in the stoner rock and alternative rock genres. Over the years, QOTSA has gone through several lineup changes and has collaborated with a wide range of musicians and artists, including Dave Grohl, Mark Lanegan, and Trent Reznor. Some of their most popular albums include "Songs for the Deaf" (2002), "Lullabies to Paralyze" (2005), and "Like Clockwork" (2013). QOTSA has a dedicated and passionate fanbase and is widely regarded as one of the best live bands in rock music today.
